Parent Commissioning
Parent Commissioning service will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2026, during the 11:00 worship service. Parent Commissioning is a time for parents to commit to doing everything in their power to teach their child/ren who God is, that He sent His son Jesus to pay the penalty for their sin, and that He has a plan and purpose for their life. It is also a time for the church to commit to join parents in their parenting journey. Parent Commissioning service is preceded by a family brunch fellowship and pictures in the fellowship hall at 10:00 a.m.
Parent Commissioning is open to all parents in preschool ministry who are actively following Jesus, following God's plan for Biblical marriage, and are members of First Baptist Church. To apply, visit fbcprattville.org/events. Deadline to apply is Sunday, April 19.
